If you have additional information about Wilhelm or Wilhelmine
please contact me. They emigrated to Brenham, Washington Co.,
Texas. He was Lutheran and a farmer. Many family members
are also farmers. My grandfather Wilhelm F. KLATT moved to
Hamilton Co., Texas. That farm has been in the family 100 years

Hermann Gustav KLATT, my grandfather was the son of
Wilhelm KLATT and Wilhelmina SOMMERFELD. His parents
immigrated to Texas in the 1800's and settled in Longpoint,
Washington County, Texas. From there they moved to Greenvine,
Washington County, Texas, where they farmed the land, raised
their family and died there. They are buried in the Bethlelem
Cemetary at Greenvine. Their headstone is engraved in German.
